Basement cost follow-up / estimate cost for me.

a couple of weeks ago I asked how do you compare contractor A to contractor B when it comes to selecting one assuming contractor A is $40K but using $10K better materials than contractor B who quotes $30K. Got some good answers.

So the follow-up question is two-fold.

One how much do you think it would cost to finish a basement that is 1400 sqft and would include a full bathroom that is already roughed in. Note, this would just basically be 4 walls (plus bathroom walls), floors, and paint.

Second question, now assuming the above add a bedroom with excavation for a full window to make it a bedroom (currently have those small windows which don't count), wet bar, media wall and some sound deadening material to the ceiling.

This is NOVA/Ashburn, VA to be specific.
